Frayed ends

It’s messy. It’s tangled. It’s ugly.

It’s knotted, full of chaos.

You want to be free but can’t find a way out of the fray you created to free yourself from the tether you inherited.

Look harder. Look better.

It’s beautiful. It’s strong.

It’s fearlessly detangling itself from its tether because it can.

You don’t need to stay in that linear jumble of perfectly compressed fibers, you just need to jump onto the frayed ends and ride them out to sea.
